Client is a leading construction and real estate builder. The Client Requirement was As-Built drawings which would actually match the site conditions with accurate dimensions of all the major structural elements.

Scope of Work

• Laser Scanning of Base Build Which includes Architecture and Structure.
• To develop a BIM model (Architecture and Structure).
• As-built Drawing Production

Project Timeline

The timeline was 1 Month. The total area of 3 Lakh Sq. Ft. Scanning was completed in 2 weeks. Registration of scanned data, Modeling, and Sheet production was completed in 2 weeks.

Key Challenges & How we solved the problem

• Stringent deadline.
• The accuracy Level is below 3mm.
• The client had requested for structural drawings of Lintel Beams, which is difficult to identify accurately with implementing Reality capture technology.

Outcome or how the client got benefitted

• The As-built drawings of the Core and Shell(Basebuild) services were delivered on a stringent timeline.
• Structured documentation and Project tracking.
• Since the project is still under construction, our asbuilt drawings helped the client to plan the interior effectively.
